Anti-MYLK3 Antibody

The antibody was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 100–200 of human MYLK3 (NP_872299.2) and was purified by affinity chromatography. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The concentration is reported as lot specific.

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
