This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets MYLK (myosin light chain kinase), a protein encoded on chromosome 3 at locus 123610049 - 123884332 (Ensembl ID ENSG00000065534; UniProt Q15746). The reagent is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples. It is recommended for use in western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC).
MYLK shows tissue-enhanced expression in seminal vesicle and smooth muscle, and is localised to the plasma membrane and actin filaments at the subcellular level.
