Anti-MYL9 (phospho-S19) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against MYL9 phosphorylated at Serine 19. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody is supplied in an unconjugated format.

The reagent was generated using a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human MYL9 around the Serine 19 phosphorylation site. It specifically detects endogenous levels of MYL9 protein only when phosphorylated at Ser19, and may also detect endogenous levels of MYL12A protein when phosphorylated at Ser18. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The target protein migrates at approximately 20 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
