Anti-MYL9 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets MYL9 and is supplied unconjugated with an IgG isotype. It is validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 40–100 of human MYL9 (NP_006088.2), with the sequence MIDQNRDGFIDKEDLHDMLASLGKNPTDEYLEGMMSEAPGPINFTMFLTMFGEKLNGTDPE. The target protein has a molecular weight of 18 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
