Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting MYL7 is offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 130–175 of Human MYL7 and detects endogenous levels of the MYL7 protein, which has a reported molecular weight of approximately 19 kDa. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
