Anti-MYL6 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against MYL6 is supplied by Antibodies.com for Western blot (WB) applications and reacts with human, mouse and rat samples. The unconjugated reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol.

Immunisation was performed with a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 101–146 of human MYL6, and the antibody recognises endogenous levels of the MYL6 protein. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 17 kDa.
