Anti-MYL3 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified against a recombinant human MYL3 immunogen, this polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is supplied at 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µl volume of phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blotting (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and is reported to detect endogenous levels of total MYL3 protein. Cross-reactivity has been confirmed in human, mouse, and rat samples, making it suitable for comparative work across the standard laboratory species used in cardiac and skeletal muscle research.
