Anti-MYL3 Antibody

This Antibodies.com primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against myosin light chain 3 (MYL3), supplied as an unconjugated IgG and reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples. It is validated for Western blot and immunofluorescence applications, including ICC/IF, and has been used to generate two scientific images with this reagent.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–195 of human MYL3 (NP_000249.1) and is affinity-purified in liquid form. It is formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and recognises a target with a reported molecular weight of 22 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF; the concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
