Anti-MYH9 (phospho S1943) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody raised against a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around Ser1943 of human MYH9. Produced by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, the reagent is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) applications, reacting with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, the affinity-purified antibody targets non-muscle Myosin IIA at the phospho-Ser1943 modification and is associated with a target protein of 250 kDa. Recommended WB dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000.

For handling, the product ships at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon arrival and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
