Anti-MYH9 Antibody

A Rabbit polyclonal antibody to non-muscle Myosin IIA (MYH9), supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody. The unconjugated IgG reagent is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, and is validated for Western Blot (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC).

It is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1711–1960 of human MYH9 (NP_002464.1). The liquid antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. Concentration is lot specific and the target has a molecular weight of 250 kDa. Recommended dilutions are 1:1,000–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IHC.

The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
