Anti-MYH7 Antibody

Validated by the manufacturer for Western Blot (WB) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody is supplied at a lot-specific concentration in liquid form. Recommended working dilutions are 1:100–1:500 for WB and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The target protein has a molecular weight of 250 kDa.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 1700–1800 of human MYH7/β-MHC (NP_000248.2). The antibody is purified by affinity purification and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted upon delivery and stored at −20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
