Anti-MYH1 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MYH1, the gene encoding Fast Myosin Skeletal Heavy chain. The immunoglobulin is of the IgG isotype and is supplied unconjugated. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–100 of human MYH1 (NP_005954.3). The antibody is affinity purified and supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Distributed by Antibodies.com.

Validated applications are Western Blotting, Immunohistochemistry, and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence, with recommended dilutions of WB: 1:100–1:500, IHC: 1:50–1:200, and ICC/IF: 1:50–1:200. The antibody is reactive with human, mouse, and rat samples, and the target protein is reported at 251 kDa. Concentration is lot-specific. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
