Anti-MyD88 (V220) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the MyD88 protein. The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and shows reactivity with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

It was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 186–236 of Human MyD88 as the immunogen, and specifically detects endogenous levels of the MyD88 protein. The target has a molecular weight of ~35 kDa. The reagent is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
