Anti-MYD88 Antibody [PAT22F11A]

A mouse monoclonal IgG2b primary antibody targeting MYD88, available from Antibodies.com and identified by clone PAT22F11A. The unconjugated antibody is raised in mouse against recombinant human MYD88 protein (amino acids 1–309) purified from E. coli, and carries a kappa light chain.

Validated for ELISA and Western Blotting on human samples, the product is supplied as a 1 mg/ml liquid formulation in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 0.01% sodium azide and 10% glycerol, and is purified from mouse ascitic fluids by Protein G chromatography. The recommended starting dilution is 1:1,000.

The antibody should be shipped at 4°C, stored short term at 2–8°C and long term at –20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
