Description
Produced by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets MYD88 and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with Human and Rat samples.
The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-296 of human MyD88 (Q99836). Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, the affinity-purified antibody has a molecular weight of 33 kDa.
Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
