Anti-MyD88 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against a synthesized peptide derived from the Internal region of human MyD88 (Myeloid differentiation primary response 88). It is supplied as a 50 µL liquid at a concentration of 1 mg/mL in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of MyD88 protein across validated applications including Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA. The unconjugated polyclonal preparation was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and it is verified to react with Human, Mouse and Rat samples, making it suitable for cross-species studies of TLR/IL-1R signalling.
