Anti-MYCN Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets the n-Myc/MYCN protein. It is an unconjugated IgG antibody supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. The antibody has a reported molecular weight of 62 kDa.

The reagent is validated for western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). Recommended starting dilutions are 1:100-1:500 for WB, 1:50-1:200 for IHC and 1:50-1:200 for ICC/IF. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 168-267 of human N-Myc/MYCN (NP_005369.2). The product is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
