Anti-Myc Tag Antibody [Myc A7]

The Myc A7 mouse monoclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is an IgG1 reagent raised against the EQKLISEEDL epitope of human c-Myc. It is widely used as a detection reagent for recombinant proteins carrying the 10-amino-acid Myc tag at the N-terminus, C-terminus, or internal region of the construct.

Supplied as 100 µg of lyophilised product, the unconjugated antibody can be paired with anti-mouse secondary reagents in Western blot, immunoprecipitation, and immunostaining protocols. Clone A7 has been used to confirm tagged-protein expression across multiple expression hosts and to capture Myc-tagged complexes for downstream analysis.
