Anti-Myc-tag (5D10) Antibody

Mouse monoclonal antibody (clone 5D10) from Antibodies.com, raised against a synthetic Myc-tag peptide immunogen and directed against the Myc epitope tag. The unconjugated reagent is supplied as a purified mouse monoclonal preparation in a buffer containing 0.1 M Tris-Glycine (pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl) with 0.2% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It was affinity-purified from mouse ascites by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. Intended for Western blot (WB) applications, the antibody detects over-expressed or recombinant proteins containing the Myc epitope tag.
