Anti-MYC (phospho T58) Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbits against c-Myc phosphorylated at threonine 58. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide surrounding T58 of mouse MYC (NP_001170823.1). The unconjugated IgG reagent reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is validated for Western blot (recommended dilution 1:100–1:500) and immunohistochemistry (1:50–1:200).

Supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline, pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, the product has a lot-specific concentration. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. The target protein migrates at approximately 62 kDa.
