Anti-MYC (phospho T358) Antibody

Provided by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody specifically recognises c-Myc when phosphorylated at threonine 358. The reagent is unconjugated, of the IgG isotype, and has been validated for reactivity with human samples.

Recommended for Western blot, the antibody is used at working dilutions of 1:500 to 1:2,000. It was generated against a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding T358 of human c-Myc and has been affinity purified. The product is supplied as a liquid preparation in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3), containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide.

The target protein has a molecular weight of 65 kDa. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
