Anti-Myc (phospho-S62) Antibody

This primary antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against Myc (phospho-S62). It is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen and has a purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human Myc around the phosphorylation site of Serine 62. The reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of the proto-oncogene c-Myc protein only when phosphorylated at Ser62, with observed molecular weights of approximately 49, 57 and 65 kDa.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the polyclonal antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
