Anti-MYC (phospho S62) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises c-Myc when phosphorylated at serine 62. It is an IgG, unconjugated reagent raised in rabbit and recommended for use in Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications. Reactivity is reported against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding S62 of human MYC. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and has been affinity purified. Molecular weight is given as 62 kDa and the concentration is lot specific. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000 and IHC 1:50–1:200.
