Anti-MYC (phospho S373) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against c-Myc phosphorylated at Ser373. The antibody is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, and it has been validated for Western blot applications using human samples. The immunogen used was a phospho-specific peptide corresponding to residues surrounding S373 of human c-Myc, and the target protein is reported at a molecular weight of 60 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid, affinity-purified in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3 containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The manufacturer's recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500-1:1,000. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
