This Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets Myc (K52) and is supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent. It is raised in Rabbit, is unconjugated, and shows reactivity against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 21-70 of Human Myc. The reagent detects endogenous levels of proto-oncogene c-Myc protein and recognises bands at approximately 49, 57 and 65 kDa. It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
