Rabbit polyclonal antibody to MYBPC2 (fast skeletal Myosin), offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG preparation validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications on Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody is raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 912-1141 of human MYBPC2 (NP_004524.3).
The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and has been affinity purified. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 135 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50-1:200.
The antibody is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. It is supported by 1 scientific validation image.
