Anti-MYBBP1A Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises MYBBP1A and is unconjugated with an IgG isotype. It has been validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence in human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1104-1328 of human MYBBP1A (NP_055335.2), and the target has a molecular weight of 149 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50-1:200 for both immunohistochemistry and ICC/IF.

The reagent is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
