Anti-MXD1 Antibody

Raised in rabbit as a polyclonal IgG preparation, this unconjugated primary antibody selectively recognizes MXD1, a basic helix-loop-helix transcriptional repressor that dimerizes with MAX and antagonizes Myc-driven gene expression. Produced by Antibodies.com and supplied in a 200 µL vial, the reagent is validated for western blot detection of the human MXD1 protein in research workflows. MXD1 is a member of the Mad family within the Myc/Max/Mad transcriptional network and is studied in the context of cell proliferation, myeloid differentiation, and tumor biology, where shifts in the Max-Mad-Myc balance are of mechanistic interest. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit serum, unconjugated for downstream flexibility, and suited to immunoblotting of lysates prepared from human cell lines.
