Anti-MXD1 Antibody

This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets MXD1, a basic helix-loop-helix leucine zipper transcription factor that functions as a transcriptional repressor within the MYC/MAX/MXD network. By forming heterodimers with MAX, MXD1 antagonizes MYC-driven transcriptional activation and recruits a repressor complex containing SIN3A and histone deacetylases, modulating genes involved in cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis.
