Description
A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets the MX2 protein and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The unconjugated antibody is raised in rabbit and detects endogenous levels of MX2 protein.
The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 414-459 of Human MX2. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The observed molecular weight is approximately 82 kDa.
The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
