Anti-MX1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this anti-MX1 polyclonal antibody is a rabbit-derived reagent raised against a recombinant protein fragment corresponding to amino acids 194–445 of human MX1 (also known as MxA, IFI-78K, Interferon-induced protein p78, and Myxovirus resistance protein 1). Supplied at 100 µl per vial in an unconjugated format, the antibody is of the IgG isotype and has been purified by antigen-affinity chromatography. The formulation is 0.1 M Tris-buffered saline (pH 7.0) containing 10% glycerol, with 0.01% thimerosal added as a preservative. The reagent is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) on human samples, making it suitable for studies of interferon-induced antiviral defence pathways.
