Anti-MX1 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets MX1 and is offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent of IgG isotype, reactive with human and mouse samples. According to the manufacturer's data, it has been validated for western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 76 kDa. The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 368–662 of human MX1 (NP_001171517.1). It is supplied as a liquid in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and is affinity-purified.

The manufacturer recommends shipping at 4°C, aliquoting on arrival, and storing at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
