Anti-MVP Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against MVP and is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated reagent reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples. It was generated using recombinant full-length human MVP as immunogen and detects endogenous levels of the target protein, which has a molecular weight of approximately 99 kDa.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

MVP encodes the major component of the vault complex, multi-subunit ribonucleoprotein structures that may be involved in nucleo-cytoplasmic transport.
