Anti-MVP Antibody

The target protein has a stated molecular weight of 100 kDa. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is prepared by affinity purification. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-260 of human MVP (NP_005106.2). For Western blotting, a recommended dilution range of 1:500 to 1:2,000 is given.
