Anti-MVK Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal antibody raised in rabbit against MVK (Mevalonate Kinase), offered by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG. Validated for Western blot (WB) applications, the reagent reacts with Human samples, with the catalogue supplier also listing Mouse reactivity. The recommended working dilution for WB is 1:500–1:2,000. The target protein has a molecular weight of 42 kDa.

The immunogen used was a recombinant fusion protein containing amino acids 40–300 of human MVK (NP_000422.1). Supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, at a lot-specific concentration.
