Anti-MUTYH Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal primary antibody targets MUTYH (MutY Homolog), a DNA glycosylase that initiates base excision repair by excising adenines mispaired with 8-oxoguanine. Produced by Antibodies.com, the reagent is supplied as 100 µL of unconjugated IgG in a vial format, validated for western blot, immunofluorescence, and flow cytometry workflows on human and mouse samples.

Investigators studying oxidative DNA damage, MUTYH-associated polyposis (MAP), or colorectal cancer pathways use this reagent to detect endogenous MUTYH protein in cell lysates and tissue sections.
