Anti-MUT Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets Methylmalonyl Coenzyme A mutase (MUT). It is unconjugated and of the IgG isotype, validated for Western blot and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications in human, mouse, and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 451–750 of human MUT (NP_000246.2) and has been affinity purified. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The target protein has a molecular weight of 83 kDa.

Recommended dilutions are 1:1,000–1:2,000 for Western blot and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. Concentration is lot specific. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
