Anti-Musculin Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to Musculin, available from Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range. The unconjugated reagent is raised in rabbit and reacts with human and mouse samples, with validated use in Western Blot and Immunohistochemistry.

The antibody is supplied as a liquid in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen synthesised from the internal region of human Musculin, and detects endogenous levels of total Musculin protein at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The reagent is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C; repeated freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided.

Additional reported applications include ELISA and Immunofluorescence, with recommended dilutions of WB: 1:500–1:1000, IHC: 1:50–1:100, and ELISA: 1:10000. No cross-reactivity has been reported.
