Musculin (also called MSC or MyoR) is a basic helix-loop-helix transcription factor involved in skeletal muscle differentiation and early B-cell lineage specification. This Primary Antibody from Antibodies.com is a rabbit polyclonal reagent raised against Musculin, supplied as 100 µl of unconjugated antiserum for western blot, immunohistochemistry, and ELISA workflows. The antibody recognizes conserved epitopes of Musculin in human and mouse samples, supporting studies of myogenesis, B-lymphocyte development, and smooth muscle gene regulation. Polyclonal reactivity provides recognition of multiple epitopes on the target protein, useful when probing tissue sections by IHC or analyzing cell lysates by WB. Liquid polyclonal reagents of this type are commonly kept refrigerated at 2-8 degrees C between uses to preserve antibody activity across repeat experiments. Each vial is intended for research use only and enables detection of endogenous Musculin protein across compatible sample types, with the unconjugated format allowing flexible pairing with secondary antibodies and detection chemistries chosen by the investigator.
