Anti-MUS81 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against MUS81 and supplied as an unconjugated IgG reagent. It is validated for Western blotting (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–350 of human MUS81 (NP_079404.3). The antibody is affinity purified and shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The reagent is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50 % glycerol and 0.02 % sodium azide as preservative.

Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB and 1:50–1:100 for IHC and ICC/IF. The target protein is reported at approximately 70 kDa.
