Anti-Mucin 1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against Mucin 1 (MUC1) and is validated for ELISA, Western blot (WB), and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows. The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human Mucin 1, and the antibody specifically detects endogenous levels of the Mucin 1 protein. It is supplied as an unconjugated, affinity-purified IgG preparation at a concentration of 1 mg/mL in a liquid formulation of PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, and 0.02% sodium azide, and it is offered in a 50 µL vial size. Cross-reactivity has been confirmed in Human, Mouse, and Rat samples, making it suitable for a broad range of cell and tissue-based research models, including validated use on 3T3 and NIH-3T3 lysates. Each lot is shipped at 4 °C; upon arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
