Anti-Mucin 1 Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets Mucin 1 and is provided as a 50 µl liquid at a concentration of 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen derived from a synthesized peptide corresponding to the non-phosphorylation site at tyrosine 1229 of human Mucin 1, and it detects endogenous levels of the target. It is unconjugated, raised in rabbit, and is recommended for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Immunofluorescence (IF) and ELISA workflows. Reactivity has been validated against human samples, as confirmed by Western Blot analysis of 293T cells shown on the product page. For long-term stability, the vial should be stored at –20 °C, where it remains suitable for use for up to one year.
