Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets MUC6 and is validated for Western blot (WB) applications. It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples and is supplied unconjugated. The reagent is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human MUC6 and specifically detects endogenous levels of the MUC6 protein, which has a reported molecular weight of approximately 260 kDa. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
