Raised in rabbit against Mucin-15 (MUC15), a transmembrane cell-surface glycoprotein of the mucin family that is expressed across epithelial tissues including kidney, lung, prostate, and liver, and is being investigated as a marker in hepatocellular carcinoma, ovarian cancer, and renal cell carcinoma studies. The unconjugated polyclonal IgG is delivered as a 100 µl liquid aliquot and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry on human samples, with reactivity restricted to Human. The reagent supports staining of paraffin-embedded tissue sections, immunoblotting of cell lysates, and characterisation of MUC15 distribution in normal versus tumour specimens. Provided by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody intended for research use only.
