Anti-MUC13 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against MUC13. It is unconjugated and reacts with human samples, and has been validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF). The target protein, MUC13, is also known by the synonyms Down-regulated in colon cancer 1, DRCC1, MUC-13, Mucin-13 and RECC.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from an internal region of human MUC13, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of total MUC13 protein. It was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, and is supplied as rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. The product is shipped at 4°C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
