Anti-MTTP Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against the microsomal triglyceride transfer protein large subunit (MTP) and detects endogenous levels of total MTTP. The immunogen is a recombinant human MTTP protein, and the antibody is affinity-purified prior to formulation at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, without Mg²⁺ or Ca²⁺). Supplied unconjugated at 50 µl per vial, it is validated for Western blot (WB) and shows reactivity with human and rat samples. The vial is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted on arrival and stored long-term at -20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
