Anti-mTOR (S2442) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 2430–2480 of human mTOR and is intended to detect endogenous levels of mTOR protein phosphorylated at Ser2442. The unconjugated reagent is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, and immunofluorescence workflows and shows reactivity against human, mouse and rat samples.

The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen to a purity exceeding 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 289 kDa.
