Anti-mTOR (phospho-S2448) Antibody

Affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting mTOR (phospho-S2448), offered by Antibodies.com within its Primary Antibodies range. The reagent is unconjugated and supplied as a 1 mg/ml solution in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

Validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. According to the manufacturer's specifications, it detects endogenous levels of mTOR protein only when phosphorylated at Ser2448. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human mTOR around the phosphorylation site of Serine 2442.
