Anti-mTOR Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to mTOR, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody for Western Blotting on human samples. The unconjugated reagent is produced in rabbit and detects endogenous levels of total mTOR protein.

The immunogen is a recombinant fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 1287 and 1569 of mTOR. The antibody is formulated as rabbit IgG in 0.1M Tris, 0.1M Glycine, 10% Glycerol (pH 7), with 0.01% Thimerosal added as a preservative, and purified by antigen-affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
