Anti-mTOR Antibody

Antibodies.com offers this rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against mTOR. The unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-300 of human mTOR (NP_004949.1) and purified by affinity chromatography. Concentration is lot specific.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) and immunoprecipitation (IP), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended starting dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:1,000, ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200, and IP: 1:50-1:100. The target protein has a molecular weight of 289 kDa.
